We are seeking a strong and talented individual to join are team. You as a driven Bar Manager will have great communication and organisational skills as you will be leading a large team promoting fantastic customer service in a high profiled environment so therefore you must be aware of working with volume and all aspects within a late night operation. You will also have amazing business and commercial acumen as you will be entirely responsible for pushing the site forward and have incredibly good financial awareness as the profit and loss for the bar business will fall under your remit including stock controls. Your passion for unsurpassed guest services and creativity within the site will ensure your standards are constantly met ensuring the repeat business of the clientele in the area.
