The potential candidate must be able to motivate others must be extremely service orientated Would need experience working with a large team of staff members You need to be organised and have the best front of house and housekeeping standards. A food service back ground with full understanding and experience of floor table service. Is able to demonstrate sound observation skills during a busy service period Is able to project a professional image both verbally and non-verbally Candidates must possess the following skills Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Naturally friendly bubbly and enjoy working as part of a team. As an Asst Manager you will work alongside the Manager in building a strong team in the site controlling the cost base and developing the business.
