Full time skilled barista (Notting Hill London W11)



Coffee Plant is a small but very busy coffee shop in Portobello Road Notting Hill with a friendly atmosphere and a loyal local clientelle. We are a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate or Ladbroke Grove tube stations. Experience as a barista is essential as well as excellent English as you will also be advising customers who buy our range of gourmet coffee beans to grind and take home. You must intend to work for us for at least one year. We are open 7.45am to 7pm six days a week and a 9am to 5pm Sundays. You will be working five rotating 8 hour shifts. For your trial period of a week or two you will be on ?6.50 per hour rising to ?7.00 when you are up to speed with our systems. There is also a turnover bonus averaging 35p per hour. If you have a long term interest in coffee and tea there are possibilities for advancment either here or at our coffee roasting factory in Acton NW10.
