Outstanding Bars Manager An amazing Bars Manager is needed for a fantastic Bar and Club in the City of London The Opportunity As an outstanding Bars Manager for this high profiled Restaurant Bar and Club group based in the West End of London you will want to develop your career in an environment where you will be able grow with the company. Our clients are a leader in their field with sites throughout the Country and are seeking a strong and talented individual to join their team. You as a driven Bars Manager will have great communication and organisational skills as you will be leading a large team promoting fantastic customer service in a high profiled environment so therefore you must be aware of working with volume and all aspects within a late night operation. Also you will have amazing business and commercial acumen as you will be entirely responsible for pushing the site forward and have incredibly good financial awareness as the Profit and Loss for the bar business will fall under your remit including stock controls. Your passion for unsurpassed guest services and creativity within the site will ensure your standards are constantly met ensuring the repeat business of the clientele in the area.
